ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER (M/W/X)
- Flagship Store in Köln

• Unterstützung und Vertretung des Store Managers
• Herausragende Kundenbetreuung und -beratung
• Sicherstellung der Umsatzzielerreichung und Optimierung des Verkaufserfolges
• Aufbau und Betreuung von Neu- und Stammkunden
• Verantwortlich für die Führung, Weiterentwicklung und Motivation des Verkaufsteams
• Gewährleistung des optimalen Visual Merchandising  
• Übernahme von Kassiertätigkeiten sowie Lagerpflege und Warenaufbereitung

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
• Erste Berufserfahrung im (Textil-) Einzelhandel
• Hervorragendes Verkaufs- und Verhandlungsgeschick sowie hoher Kommunikationsstärke
• Zielgruppenverständnis und Geschmacksicherheit
• Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Organisationstalent und Zuverlässigkeit
• Freundliches, offenes und sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Kunden
• Teamgeist und Motivationstalent
